My own journey to living a healthy lifestyle has made me intimately aware of the many challenges; perceived lack of time, money, don't know where to start, motivation to get and keep at it, am I doing this right, I just want to quit now, eating becomes a chore. I get it.
In addition, my professional training and knowledge of Exercise Science enables me to bring a high level of empathy and respect to your fitness journey.

Initially I became involved in fitness to stay in shape as I pursued dual careers as a runway model in New York City and a freelance photographer. Years later, I enlisted in the United States Air Force, where I was my squadron's fitness manager, as well as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Weight Management program.
My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
I have been certified in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and as a Group Fitness Instructor (Group, Aerobics and Kickboxing), Kettlebell Instructor and Senior Fitness Instructor.
